Eval Builder for the US Army app for iPhone and iPad

This app provides a way for soldiers (enlisted and officer) to use their iPhones or iPads to build a comprehensive set of NCOER or OER bullets. When you create an NCOER or OER, the app will assemble a report organized by attribute and competency.

When you are ready to submit your bullets, press the email button and send them to yourself for further manipulation and submission up your chain of command.

To accommodate the deployed, this app stores all bullets on your device and does not need connectivity to operate. However, you will need connectivity to email your bullets; so, if you have an NCOER or OER scheduled while deployed, be sure to send them to your email before you lose connectivity.
